EXHIBITORS - Registration Day : Friday,  August 1, 2025 from 9am to 5pm (Do not bring exhibits in on Registration Day)
EXHIBIT Drop-off day: Thursday, August 7th from 9am-5pm (1st day of fair opening.)

*ALL PRODUCE MUST BE GROWN THIS YEAR
*No changes or additions will be accepted after 5p.m.
*Articles & animals exhibited may not be removed or picked up until 5p.m. Sunday

Wristband Specials – Food & Beverages available on grounds.
Exhibit Hall–Junior & Open Class Exhibits/Judging-Public welcome to watch.
Commercial Building - Vendor Product Sales - 4 nights of Live Entertainment
Glass Blowing Demos Daily

No Gate Charge -$5 Parking available adjacent to grounds by Phelps Lions Club
Dogs are NOT allowed on the fair grounds, unless it is a certified "Service Pet"

9am - 5 pm : Exhibit Drop-Off

5-10 pm: Wristband night $25 (unlimited rides)

5pm : All Exhibits are due & Registration Ends

7 pm: Judging begins, public welcome to watch (Flowers & Vegetables)

7-11 pm: Live Band - TBD

9 am: Judging begins, public welcome to watch

Judging– Home Furnishings & Cultural Arts
Judging– Photography & Demonstrations
Judging– Special X & All Junior Departments
*If Horses present (following above, for judging)*

Noon - 10pm: Wristbands $30

2pm & 4pm : Miller & Mike Comedy Jugglers

3:30pm: Woodworking Judging followed by Wine & Beer Judging

7–11pm: Live Band - TBD

11am: Horseshoe Tournament

Noon – 10pm: Wristbands $30 (Bring in 2 nonperishable food items for either the Vilas County Food Pantry or the Humane Society of Vilas County & receive $2 off)

2pm & 3:30pm: Miller & Mike Comedy Jugglers

4pm: Lena Mini Modified Tractor Pulls

7:30–11pm: Live Band - TBD

11am: Horseshoe Tournament

Noon - 2pm: Kids Games: Veggie & gunnysack races, watermelon eating contest, & water balloon toss

Noon - 5pm: Wristbands $25 (unlimited rides)
